Lack of Stamina


Pizza, Spagetti, KFC, McDonalds........These food are nice but it makes me fat and that's

why I'm lack of stamina. Today I went to practice badminton with my Dad at the B and G court but I get tired easily. That's why I always lose in a game. So I'm cutting down on fast foods an unhealthy foods while I exercise more. Hope that I can increase my stamina and cut down weight. I weigh 89kg now!!! Unbelievable. So when next time you think of hamburger or french fries, think twice and decide. Okay. Bye for now and God Bless You.

Hm....True true. I don't eat a lot of fast food but I still lack stamina ^^
